Story
The origin story, the pilot occurs 3 years before the main story of For Nothing. It is the journey of Alex Vaughn, an undercover cop who reaches far deep in an organized crime family. He seeks vengeance for his friend by killing the assassins. The lethal politics of Buffalo’s mafia has been traversed by professional killer Rafael Rontego. Buffalo, being a place where the winters are deadly, Rontego proves to stay ahead of time.
Both the world comes face to face in this amazing thriller which makes the ride on the search for justice, reality and self. The pilot discovers the chess pieces: search for justice, mafia wars as well as federal indictments with the story unfolding at the start of the novel series.
